Priority Team Leaders:

Our vision
: is to facilitate getting the ladies connected via bible studies/small groups, and the the "Loving Well" retreat in a bag by Beth Moore. We will aim to offer this at the end of April with possibly two locations. In addition we want to provide opportunities to demonstrate our love of our Lord Jesus through service. To establish one "Action Team" and possibly a second by January 2011.

Primary Purpose: To help women ages 18 to Heaven Bound understand the love that "Abba Father" has for each one of them. Once they fully understand who they were created to be, they can then grab a hold of their purpose to love others as Christ loved them. Then they can share this love, by developing the fruit of the Spirit in their lives through Bible Study, and taking action to serve their families, our church, its members, our community and beyond.

Support Scriptures:  1John 3:1 How great is the love the Father has lavished
on us, that we should be called children of God! And that
                                    is what we are!
Psalms 119:10-11  I seek you with all my heart; do not let
me  stray from your commands. I have hidden your word
in my heart that I might not sin against you.
Romans 5:5   And hope does not disappoint us,
because God had poured out his love into our hearts by
the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.
Galatians 5: 22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy,
                                    patience, kindness, goodness,
faithfulness, gentleness and self- contrl
Ephesians 2:10 For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus
to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

Women's Advance Retreat
Several Crossroads ladies joined a couple hundred women in Kelseyville last
weekend for a spiritual getaway for “Women’s Advance” retreat. The theme
was “Who Are You Reflecting?” The speaker was Peggy Roloff, the mother
of Matt Roloff (“Little People/Big World” TV show).

PHOTOS:
• Crossroads ladies able to attend were (see photo #9): front
row Jewell Smith, Charlene Larsen, Dot Lampi, Rita Ronk. Back row:
Carole Hester, Diana Ragan. Next is the speaker – Peggy Roloff,
and her husband, Ron, who also spoke.

• Photo #14: Nancy Hansen, new Executive Director for the
Center for New Life Choices, receives handmade quilts and
blankets for new Moms going through the Center. Ladies at the
retreat generously donated over $1,500 to the Center.

PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM CAROLE HESTER…
A couple of months ago I was asked if I would bring the “special
music” before the speaker (three sessions on Saturday = three songs).
What I did not know then, but know unequivocally now, is that our loving
Heavenly Father was working behind the scenes the entire time, to bring
Glory to Himself.
The Coordinator (a pastor’s wife) said the organizers had been
praying for a year for the program and the women who would attend. They
used this:
Much prayer = much POWER
Little prayer = little power
No prayer = no power
